We offer different access periods to our trainings. Trainings that require less frequent updates are offered with lifetime access, while those that require a lot of maintenance to be kept updated - like Grasshopper in Revit and Grasshopper in Tekla trainings - are offered in limited-time access subscription model. If you purchase a training with lifetime access, quite obviously, you get can keep using it forever, with all the updates and new materials that will be added to the training over the years. If you purchase a training with limited-time access, your access will expire automatically once the subscription period is over and it will not be automatically renewed - which also means, you don't need to worry that you will be charged for the next period - you won't. But of course, you are more than welcome to extend your access, for just a part of the original subscription price! When the access period is coming to an end, you will get an email reminder with instructions on the steps you can take to renew your subscription.
If you conclude that you are not getting what you expected from this training, or would like a refund for any reason, contact me at [email protected] within 30 days after purchase. In the email, clearly state that you would like to quit the training and get your money back. You will receive the full amount you paid back into your bank account, no questions asked. Well, maybe I will ask you one question, because your feedback means a lot to me, but you don’t have to answer it. The refund is still unconditional.
Yes, the license is just for one student and valid in one year.
No. If you purchased a training with limited-time access - like Grasshopper in Revit or Grasshopper in Tekla training - your access will automatically expire on the last day of the access period. Your subscription won't be automatically renewed and you will not be automatically charged. But of course, you are more than welcome to expand your subscription for just a part of the original subscription price! When the access period is coming to an end, you will get an email reminder with instructions on the steps you can take to renew your subcription.
Yes, you can divide the payment into three parts, with each instalment due every 30 days. You can complete these payments by card or direct bank transfer. Please choose the "Pay in 3 installments" method in the Payment section. Once you have completed the payment of the first installment, you will get access to the Training.
Absolutely. Simply increase the number of items in your cart. Once you have completed the payment for the ordered products, I will send you codes with a link where students can activate their own license. If you're purchasing 7 licenses, you will get one more for FREE.
