6. Order process
A Customer places an order by:

After payment the Customer receives:
- an email confirmation
- access to the purchased digital product in the Platform
The contract is concluded at the moment of successful payment.
7. Access to digital products
- Access to digital products is delivered electronically.
- Access to the platform is granted immediately after purchase completion.
- Access to the purchased course is granted after payment is cleared in the Company’s bank account.
- One purchase grants access to one individual license. Customers must not share their login details with others. If activity of more than one user is registered in one account, access may be removed without the right to refund.
- In case of payment in installments, access is granted after the 1st installment is cleared in the account. If the following installments are not paid after 3 reminders, the access will be removed. It will be restored when payment is cleared.
- Courses have different access periods.
- The access period is specified on the product page and in the product description and name.
- If you purchase a bundle offer, where one product has limited time access and the other has lifetime access, the access period remains unchanged for the individual products. E.g., If you purchase Bundle: Grasshopper Fundamentals Training and Grasshopper in Revit Training, you get lifetime access to the Grasshopper Fundamentals Training and limited time access to the Grasshopper in Revit Training.
- Once the access period expires, Customers may renew their subscription for the next period paying only a part of the original subscription price.
- The Company may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates. The Company will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime.
- If a license was purchased by a company for their employee, the company is a Customer and the employee is a User. Therefore, if the employee changes jobs, the course license remains with the Customer and cannot be transferred to a new email address. In such a case, if a User wants to continue learning or regain access, a new license needs to be purchased.
- For every 7 purchased licenses, the Company offers 1 extra license free of charge.
8. Refund policy
The Company offers a 30-day refund policy.
To get a refund:
- Within 30 days from purchase, send an email to [email protected]
- In the email clearly state that you want to return your access and get a refund.
- Bank transfer of the amount you paid will be transferred within 7 days from receiving your refund request to the same account number as provided upon purchase.
- You will lose access to the digital product within 7 days after the bank transfer is sent.
- Refund requests sent more than 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.
